Gutter Rubbish by Lucy Wylie: Mapping litter and documentation project

Lucy's practice involves a lot of thinking, walking, writing about and ruminating on thoughts to tease them out, and research on ideas/practices that exist in similar head/spaces. A residency at frontyard would involve (hopefully) daily meditations on what it means to be making art from that place, walking and exploring the area using frontyard as a base to begin a process that might eventuate into a form of mapping through documentation. This mapping is influenced by artists Vanessa Berry and Clare Britton and their investigations of space/place and would involve research as practice documenting litter and local ecosystems.
