Move pages over from the GitHub Hosted website to the wiki

The wiki is a more accessible for more people to edit and maintain, and a more wild and interesting place.

Accordingly, we're moving pages over from the website to the wiki bit by bit.

    • [ ] Breathing space chart
    • [ ] Monthly financial contributors archive
  • [ ] Events? (consider that this page draws information from the Google Calendars...)
  • [ ] Home? (maybe we want that separate home page?)
    • [ ] List of annual reports
